Add a quick settings toggle for sound recording

Title is self-explanatory, but this would be useful as it's even more discrete than the included widget, and is quicker to activate from any application rather than having to go to the homescreen.
I attempted to add the feature myself, but my inexperience with Android app development and programming as a whole didn't allow me to (couldn't understand how to toggle recording in code).
