Make numbers clickable as links to open dialer app

So, if I miss a call by being offline, my provider sends me an SMS with the missed number and some other information regarding the missed call, e.g. date, time. Unfortunately, the number is not clickable, so I have to either copy the number or type it manually in the dialer app to see who called. Would it be possible to make phone numbers clickable such that the dialer app opens automatically and one sees whose call was missed?

And I think it would be easier just copy them and all numbers.
What if you just want sent sms? etc.
