False ASCI/UTF Decoding | Message in Chinese characters

I'm receiving SMS with Chinese characters, but I couldn't figure out which encoding the messages have. Neither UTF-16 or UTF-16LE or other work to UTF-8. All I'm getting is Chinese gibberish.

@kNsja5w SMTP apps were sold to ad company. F-droid versions are still safe. And there is already fork https://github.com/FossifyOrg.
