Sync contact stop working when using a non-google account

Hi, when using the free or paid version with a GMX account, it always break the address book sync functionality after I make any change on a contact on the phone, having to logout from my email account and login again to resync them (also losing any update I had made to the contacts).

This not happen when using a Google account to sync the address book.

Tested with both, free and paid version, installed from Google Play on a Motorola G13, running Android 13.
