Feature Request: instance-level syncing of entities

Implement a method that allows entities to be selectively sync'd or ignored by Simperium at runtime. An example might be a todo app that syncs lists of tasks, where a user on one device could choose which lists to sync, optionally syncing some and keeping some as local-only.
