The following links in the readme.md don't work anymore or have changed.

Invidious instances
New: https://redirect.invidious.io/
Also many Invidious instances in the add-on are dead and it would be great if they were updated with current links.

Discontinued
Bibliogram instances

Nitter instances
SimplyTranslate instances

Thanks for updating them.

UPDATE: It looks like libredirect is the active replacement for privacy-redirect, so I'll try out that add-on.
