The UI for chat history is slow to refresh after each chat deletion, which makes the task of deleting many chats from a character's chat history tedious.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to be able to select multiple chats from the character's chat history at once, then click a button to delete all selected chats. Support for Ctrl clicking to add individual chats to the current selection or Shift clicking to add consecutive chats to the selection would be wonderful. Checkboxes for selecting the chats with a toggle-all checkbox at the top of the list would be nice to have too.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The user can go into the local file system to find and delete the chat history files in bulk that way, but that's not very convenient.

Additional context

This request is similar to #1730 Clear/Delete Chat History but different in ways that felt salient enough to warrant a separate feature request.
