AddToGroup should be called again on reconnect

In my testing I've noticed that the connectionId changes on reconnect. If I understand correctly, this will break past group registrations making re-registration necessary.

I haven't actually tried this code sample, but I thought I'd let people know about this here because it caught me out on my own project and I couldn't find anywhere else to record this.
