Mr pAI healed the wounded... or did they?
"Oh no, my medigel won't inject. My clamp won't clamp!"
The medical staff tore the exosuit apart, and Mr pAI had to run.
Now there were no more exosuits for Mr pAI to use. They would wander the wasteland that was once the SEV Torch, now ravaged by spiders, all because they weren't able to... clamp down... on the threat.

Difference between expected and actual behaviour
Tl;dr pAIs in exosuits should be able to use exosuit machetes, clamps, drills and medigel spray on mobs in melee range. All other modules work as intended (long ranged weapons included).

Testing it, it seems #34590 fixed this issue as you can now actually be on harm intent, which allows you to melee with everything you listed
That said, you are unable to use the medigel module for its actual purpose of bandaging, as it runtimes when targeting a mob due to the fact pAIs dont have limb targetting
