Floating button lockable and transparency support

When we are on the net, some text could appear behind the floating button.
This could be solved by the possibility to lock it by a right click on it for exemple.
When is locked, he could came more transparent until the cursor come over him.

A right click to unlock and give the possibility to move it away.
