Too many similar posts slowing down API

This API call https://api.shuvayatra.org/v1/api/posts/694 return too many similar post and take seconds to respond. I think it should be limit around 8 or 10

@tyohan i have removed the similar post attribute. It is the list of similar post based on the category selected in the post. For similar post use similar_posts attribute which can be added while adding a post.
