The sign marker color does not meet the set value in manhattanplot #2

Hi:
I copy the code in the README.md, but the sign marker color(red points) doesn't seem to meet the set value(1e-6) and it's different from yours.
My geneview version is 0.1.0

The version is not the problem.
The red line which in your plot is at y=1e-05 by default, and could be change by setting the parameter suggestiveline to other value as you need in manhantplot() function, there is nothing to do with the parameter of sign_marker_p which is only used to set a p-value threshold for marking the significant SNP site.

You can type gv.manhattanplot? in IPython or Python console to find more detail about all the parameter.
