Describe the bug
B2B Restriction disallows Theme Kit connection for developer.
Console returns request failed after 5 retries with error: <nil>

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Online Store -> Preferences -> B2B customers -> Restrict access to B2B customers only -> Check the box and save
2. run some theme command, i.e. theme download --password=mypassword --store=store.myshopify.com --name=theme

Expected behavior
I believe B2B Restriction should be limited to Online Store.

Environment:

• OS: macOs Monterey 12.4 (21F79), chip M1 Pro
• Themekit version: ThemeKit 1.3.0 darwin/amd64
• Editor: Visual Studio Code
• Ignore: ?
