disableDatesBefore on DatePicker component is not working as expected

Summary

When there is presence of the disableDatesBefore on the DatePicker component, the whole component gets disabled.

Expected behavior

When there is presence of the disableDatesBefore on the DatePicker component, the disabled dates shown in the component should only disable the dates before the specified date.
