When creating a new filter, if the selected column is a binary one, then the = (hex string) relation should be selected by default, rather than the = relation, which is not useful when copying around the hex strings that are displayed for binary columns in Sequel Ace.

Related to #971; having both of these implemented would make binary columns significantly easier to work with.
