SequelAce keeps crashing after adding a user via gui (MariaDB Only)

Description
I got the Problem on MariaDB that Sequel Ace keeps crashing after i try to add a new user via gui. I tried it with Mysql 5.6/5.7/8.x ... no problem at all. With MariaDB

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open User Settings
2. Add User
3. Add Rights to user
4. Apply
5. Reopen user Settings
6. Crashed Sequel Ace

Expected Behaviour
Not Crashing my app would be the best soliution :)

The bug is still there in Version 4.0.16 Build 20066

If I click the Users button in the UI, the app crashes. I can, however open the User Manager by using the top menu "Database" > "User Accounts..." but I have to do it twice (on first click nothing happens). When I get the User Manager window open, it only shows 2 accounts, even though I have 4 accounts in the users table.

I have multiple MariaDB servers running, but so far this only happens on one of them.
