That's definitely a priority of version 3 which is in development on the v3 branch. You can see part of the progress into the UI overhaul in this screenshot:

Reaper is intended for non-technical users, so making the UI as pleasant-looking and easy to understand as possible is very important. The entire visualization of jobs and how they're queued will be re-written later this year to not rely so heavily on QTableWidget. This rewrite will likely be a part of the entire project's transition to using QML for the UI design.

Additionally, if you're having problems getting started with Reaper as it is, make sure you check out the documentation on https://reaper.social. After you've got API keys set up, you just need to give input in the same way shown in the GIF on the project's page. If you have questions, feel free to use the Gitter.

sounds good I did not have a clue of new version coming up. great! good news!
as Twitter is one of those social media sites that doesn't have handy 3rd party tool to scrape with ease.
