Why this would be helpful

This would save a lot of time.

How this addon works

There would be a button next to the emoji button when commenting that would open up a small panel. The user would then be able to select from saved comments and save new comments. This would also be like this on the forums.

Probably a table setting.

I can't seem to find it. #6733 is similar though.
