[Bug] Fix Off-Color Favicons

Description

On my MacBook, the icon for the tab shows as two red circles as seen in the screenshot below (Safari).

Here's what the icon should look like:

Your task is to find out why this is happening and fix the relevant favicon by creating a favicon with the correct color and fixing the relevant code in the index.html file. Do not change the name of the new file(s) you make a PR with from the original names of the favicon file(s) causing the issue.

Bonus Points: Fix any other off-color favicons.

Hint: Apple has a proprietary web browser. The name of it should be in the name of the favicon file.
