[Feature] Make changes to navigation bar structure

Description

Changing navbar structure for website so that menu items are visible and easily seen - content/menu bar structure in figma file linked below. Specs below also present in Figma. Please let me know if there are any question or concerns.

Navigation bar changes:
Changing nav bar structure to make other information more easily accessible

Nav bar layout in Nav Bar Specs frame below
Future changes to structure reflected below under Nav Bar Future Builds
Please ignore for now, these are contingent on some other pages to be built first

Visual Layout

2 versions

• 1 for users (Nav Bar Users)
• 1 for admin (Nav Bar Admin)
  Logo on left
• Logo on all pages to link to main Lost and Found page

Drop Down
Drop downs to:
-Appear on hover
-Have gray background behind menu item appear and have corresponding bold text when hovering over that specific menu item
-Example prototype attached to Nav Bar Admin frame (illustrative) along with the dropdown menu in Admin and Account mini frames

Header Changes:
With addition of page logo on the right of the nav bar, I made some changes to the “titling” of the rest of the pages to make the header cleaner with the new nav bar
-New titles for all pages are on lower set of frames (e.g. Nav Bar - Archive)
