Task Brief

  • api/routes/users.ts explicitly annotates some types as any.

Expected Deliverables

  • Replace explicit any annotations with the appropriate types in api/routes/users.ts
  • Once complete, remove the eslint-ignore and TODO comments that correspond to this issue.
