I tried making the upgrade in https://buildkite.com/julialang/scimlbenchmarks-dot-jl/builds/1979#018cf2d4-85a3-4898-aa0b-323e7e29da01 and #827, but everything crashed and burned.

Maybe @staticfloat / @thazhemadam can help?

Looks like the Julia version being installed is 1.1 instead of 1.10.
