Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The platform should provide API for marking a capability as deprecated, similar to deprecating params of a capability.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Capability provides deprecated property, similar to ParamDefinition#deprecated
  • Deprecated capabilities are visualized in devtools (e.g. strike through)
  • Intentions to deprecated capabilities are visualized in devtools (e.g. strike through)
  • Logs warning if providing/using deprecated capability
