Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To facilitate debugging, it would be helpful to see the sent messages and intents in DevTools.

Describe the solution you'd like

DevTools provide a monitoring page that displays the messages and intents sent by any application. It should be possible to subscribe to specific messages and intents or to see all traffic.
