When the New 3DS is set to the New 3DS clock speed, And you start the game, it downclocks the new 3ds to old 3ds speed

Going off the video, I take it that this is the HW build? While it's not a major bug, considering said build is meant to run at O3DS clock, it is a bit odd. The SW build manually sets the game to N3DS clock, though I don't believe the HW build does anything of the sort.

Yes, its the HW version (since i wanted 3D)
