"has already been recorded in the archive" and "please ensure YouTubeDL is up-to-date" - what do they mean?

I receive the same messages for the failed downloads after trying to download an album. Some files are downloaded, some get this message:

youtube-dl wasn't even installed, nothing's changed after I installed it and rebooted the computer.
