You did nothing wrong, the addon development temporarily stalled due to time constraint. You might try replacing the primevideo.py file inside the addon with this one and see if it helps. I won't say that I'm going to fix this soon, because the last 3 times I've been hit with ungodly amounts of work, so… |
Hey Varstahl! I tried replacing the .py file, but unfortunately it didn't work. I'll keep my heads up for a fix, then. Thank you for the time you've been dedicating to this project. |
UPDATE: I've replaced the .py file with the one you posted and now I have all proper folders displayed! (the .py file I tried before was older, I guess). However, there's an error when I try to access any folder. Here's the log file: http://paste.kodi.tv/puvatisevu Again, thanks! |
I think there's a fix somewhere around here but at the moment I don't remember where… |
Ok, let me know if you find it! |
This is the fix that Varstahl is talking about, it may need more fixing. You also could use this fixed release by Paco8 And if the videos are not playing for you with the fix by Goommer or Paco8, enable Audio Descriptions in the add-on settings in language, enabling Audio Descriptions will disable the 5.1 and 7.1 audio. |
Alright Mark901, we've made progress here! I've installed the Paco8 release and everything shows up just fine. Except that movies/series don't load. It gets stuck in that loading circle thing forever. Is there any workaround to this? I feel like we're getting close! Thanks again guys. I've been very kind. |
As i said before, if the videos are not playing for you with the fix by Goommer or Paco8, enable Audio Descriptions in the add-on settings in language, enabling Audio Descriptions will disable the 5.1 and 7.1 audio. |
My bad! Yes, totally forgot about that. Everything is working fine now, thanks! |
Thanks for your help |
is there a guide to doing this process? @Varstahl |
Easiest way atm, download Paco's zip, and install it/replace the addon files with those. The info on where to find the files can be found in the Wiki tab. |
Sei italiano? |
If you were asking me, then yes. Sorry, I've just read your reply. |
Just faced this or even something very similar.
|
@loeffelpan yours is a different issue as explained in #339, and already fixed in the development branch. |
Thanks. Got this working now. |
This is my first post on GitHub, so forgive me if I do anything wrong.
Amazon Prime just launched here in Brazil, officially.
I've installed the add-on, logged in and everything went just fine, except that nothing shows up under the tv shows/movies/etc lists.
I'm using KODI through the latest CoreElec, on Odroid C2.
PS: Just three movies are showing up under "movies", Breath, Tully and Before I Fall. All other lists are empty.
PPS: Search function works fine.
