Carla can already map MIDI to plugin controls. But using Carla in LV2 mode, only the instrument data gets in.

Idea:

for any MIDI control port that is opened, forward all CC/program change messages onto every running Carla instance in the session.
This would give users the option to control globally without recording the control signal (via a control port) or control a single Carla instance and record the control changes (via an instrument port).
