Link is broken due to changes in other repository (not tizen-docs) - https://github.com/Samsung/Tizen-CSharp-Samples/

Regarding 2)
This should be fixed by author of the document because these links were broken before our changes (probably they should be removed because there is not element with id - "AlignSelf" on this page)
