Duplicate Faculty Affiliation Creation

• What is the current behavior?
  When a contact has two separate Faculty Affiliations with different accounts and a new Faculty Course Connection is created for the contact with the existing account, a duplicate affiliation is created.

• What is the expected behavior?
  Duplicate affiliation should not be created.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  Contacts have duplicate Faculty affiliations for the same accounts.

• Acceptance Criteria

  • Given: Contact has Faculty Affiliation with Account 1. Contact has another Faculty Affiliation with Account 2 that was created newer than the first affiliation.
  • When: I create a new Faculty Course Enrollment for the contact for a course offering that has a course with the department of Account 1.
  • Then: A duplicate Faculty affiliation is created for the Contact and Account 1.
