HTTP error Bad Gateway

Hi guys

I found that placing scrape_interval in this position (under scrape_configs) is quite problematic as it returns "HTTP error Bad Gateway and prevents prometheus.service from starting.

I've moved it out of scrape_config and it works so just wanted to share it with you.
