1、系统设置-用户设置-添加用户，设置密码的时候，设置一个密码复杂度的要求，例如至少8位数，要求字母，大写，小写，特殊字符，至少三种组合
2、系统设置-用户设置-用户-修改，设置新密码的时候，也设置一个密码复杂度的要求，例如至少8位数，要求字母，大写，小写，特殊字符，至少三种组合

暂时可以用OTP动态口令解决
