As per an email from @matt-goldman, the skills side bar does not have great UX. We should investigate into how it can be improved, possibly through a chips collection, and/or an autocomplete search.

Tasks

  • Talk with a designer and figure out nicer UX.
  • Get it approved by Adam.
  • Implement it.

+1 to this, @andrewwaltosssw and I were discussing how the UX makes it hard to find specific skills, even it was in alphabetical order it would be slightly less painful. Of course having a drop-down search function would be the best option.
