We have a 100 Questions/day limit imposed by Google's free api search. Scraping external search engine's is not allowed, but we could ask SE permission for "scraping" SO search results.

This request could be made either via chat (talking to Shog9) or via meta.

The request could be to scrape for all new answers or just to scrape when moderators use the checkuser command, in this case it would probably maximum be 200-500 request per day.

AFAIK, the SE API supports the search function. This is what we trief, when we developed the very first version of Guttenberg. Unfortunately, the results were quite bad when we entered long search terms
