[suggestion] option to autominimize console to tray on launch

pretty much the title, an option to make the console minimize the system tray on launch.
also due to consoles tend to pile up when doing a lot of testing via reloading the game, it would be nice for the previous sessions console to close when launching but only when the button is pressed to prevent the necessity of seeing the console after a crash.
