The DeepSSM functionality (in studio, and python) needs some input verification.

Example issues:

  • Unaligned shape/image (we can at least check if the shape is inside the image)
  • Resulting image is too small for network
  • DeepSSM module should be de-activated if originals not present or images not present (at the moment, it's disabled, but if the project is already saved with DeepSSM activated, then the user can click go and it will likely crash).
  • Groom can be run without originals, causing a crash when it checks the original domain types
