I just tried the SimpleWebXR color picker demo in the Magic Leap Helio browser and it only displays for the left eye. Specifically it is showing both eye displays in the left eye. I am still able to interact and walk around the UI at 30FPS.

Hey :) thank you for this remark. You are the first who have tested this browser. This behavior is weird. Can you give me an example of a WebXR application that works (threejs or other)? I'll look at the viewport calculation differences.
View port is calculated here :

_dataArray[floatStartId + 23] = viewport.x / width;

This demo (https://toji.github.io/webxr-particles/) from here: immersive-web/immersiveweb.dev#14 appears to work in the Helio browser in both eyes.
