您好！感谢你们卓越的工作！
我在使用TransBTS训练自己的数据集时出现了一点问题，我的数据集是有关肺结节的3D成像，但是肺结节的占比很小，512512150的输入中，肺结节的平均尺寸小于101010。
在两次训练TransBTS时，损失函数都降不下去，预测也全都没分割出肺结节。请问是不是因为前景相较于背景的比例严重失衡，导致出现这种问题的，您有什么其他思路么。
