A tool to browse through updates. The tool should not be on a server this need to be maintained. Instead, the tool will launch and will look for matching packages over composer. The tool will look for packages over composer, store it on a local file and then give a nice UI - ./nuntius_scraper --http-port 8010 will fire it up.
