Please describe the feature that you are requesting

It would be nice to be able to use JMail like the following:

String emailStr = "test@test.com";

JMail.validate(emailStr).ifValid(email -> {});
JMail.validate(emailStr).ifValidOrElse(email -> {}, failureReason -> {});
