csharp-language-server-protocol is failing to update from version 1.7.4 -> 1.8.0 (PR).

Error from CI:

The Settings file '/home/runner/work/csharp-language-server-protocol/csharp-language-server-protocol/.nuke/temp/default.runsettings' could not be found.

Could be caused by this change - #992
