Some websites adjust content based on IP for example it will change the content language based on IP Geolocation, some websites allow for changing language while some other site will not allow it, must change IP to change language.

Some websites also block certain country for all or few of its pages example is some youtube video are blocked by some country to comply with government request

for this reason proxy is needed to bypass this and allow archiving content for every language, is there any plans to do this?
