Updated browser interface for better capturing.

I want to submit a new browser interface for better capturing and performance.
So when browsing websites from the past mostly the past layout for capturing content from the past internet is mostly all retro websites including retro past look for the past internet and when your browsing the current today's web like mostly for current live internet websites just leave that feature for when your only browsing the today's web but for browsing the past web i wanted mostly the internet past retro look like when browsing through past retro websites either from a web archive institution or uploading a fully created warc file from your device or computer via from a third-party cloud service and that is all for my submittion to the user guide for conifer.
