Pre-populate email and password fields in login step

I'm using KeyChain to store user's credentials when they sign in for the first time. I want to add FaceID and TouchID for user's convenience to log into the app. I'm looking for a way to populate the email and password fields when user successfully authorises through touch/face ID. How can I do that?
