💭 Describe the feature

首先过渡效果很好看，当路由切换时页面会滚动到目标页面记录的位置，但是当页面的内容特别长时（比如文章详情页）这个滚动看起来会特别晃眼睛，而且给人一种为了加特效而加特效的感觉。

希望可以提供配置项，让使用者决定是否需要页面切换时的切换效果。
