Document the difference between a widget and a component in Relm4

Widgets and components are mentioned in the Relm4 book, but nowhere does it explain the difference between them, and when you would use one or the other.

(I expect the difference is obvious to experienced users of Relm4, but as a first-time user of Relm4 the lack of explanation is confusing.)

Please could this be added to the documentation?
