My rbd file got corrupted, resulting in data loss. I want to try to auto-recover by repairing the rdb content.

Are there any instructions on the content format of rdb files?
Is there any relevant tool support?

There is no official tools, but you may try to utilize librdb.

Specifically for RedisGraph payloads - I can only suggest you to explore the serializers source code.
