Node created failed when adding "WITH *" #3211

I execute two queries on my empty RedisGraph and get an error.

Redis version:7.2.0
RedisGraph version: v2.12.10
operating system: windows 11
API：Cypher version 9

Steps to reproduce:

Ⅰ: WITH 1 AS a0 WHERE NULL CREATE () WITH * RETURN 1
Ⅱ: WITH 1 AS a0 WHERE NULL CREATE () RETURN 1

I think these two queries are equivalent, but the first create no node while the second creates a node(just remove the "WITH *").
