[design-system] Update all icons across frontend to use design system icons

We want to start using the design system throughout all the FEs.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. (Sonia & Juan) Update the icons and Recidiviz logo in the design-system to match the SVGs from Figma.
2. (Daniela) Update the icons in web-libraries
3. (Daniela) Update every icon and Recidiviz logo used throughout Public dashboard, UP Dashboard, and Case Triage
