All-new frontend application (the successor to public-dashboard-client, which is now deprecated). The user-facing feature set is the same as the previous frontend application, but the UI has been completely reskinned and there is a new set of data models powered by Mobx under the hood. Internal upgrades were done in anticipation of adding additional states besides North Dakota.
